• All activities that occur under your tenant accounts

5. Services and Payments

Some features of the platform may be offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with notice. Continued use of paid services after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on Tubase App's platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

The materials appearing on Tubase App's platform could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on the platform are accurate, complete, or current.

9. Links and Third-Party Services

Tubase App has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its platform and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Tubase App of the site.

We utilize third-party services including Firebase Authentication and payment processors. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Tubase App operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
